Financial planning - the 5 step process

When you first contact us we will send you our Client Questionnaire to fill in, as part of our client enquiry pack.
Your first opportunity to discuss setting financial planning goals (e.g. children's university costs; paying off the mortgage; retiring on a given income; reducing tax etc). Also a chance to cover the soft facts which don't always come across in questionnaires.
You will receive a Fee Quotation for your agreement, listing the financial planning items and related costs. You will then receive our financial planning report (once our enquiries have concluded). Second client conference: a chance for you to discuss the report, review your goals (identifying any new goals) and agree how to proceed.
You will receive a 2nd Fee Quotation for your agreement, listing the work items and related costs. You will then receive our advice, and can apply for all required transactions (arranged on NIL commission terms to benefit from very low charges).
You will receive a financial planning review report, together with a policy summary including valuations and performance analysis. This is followed by a client conference to discuss matters. A chance for you to review your goals and any outstanding actions etc.
